Returns & Exchanges
At RIER, we value quality and craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
